Replacement Policy

  • We offer replacements only (no refunds) within 7 days from the date of delivery.

  • The product must be in its original condition, unused, with all tags intact and packaging included.

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability and can be initiated only once per product.

  • We do not accept replacements for products purchased during clearance sales, exclusive discounts, or promotional offers.

  • For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns, refunds, or replacements for innerwear.


Reverse Pickup Services

  • We provide a free reverse pickup service for your convenience.

  • The product(s) must pass a quality inspection to be eligible for a replacement.

  • If your Pincode is non-serviceable for reverse pickup, you may need to self-ship the product to our warehouse.

Defective/Damaged Products

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing item, contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Provide clear images or an unboxing video as proof to help us resolve the issue quickly.

  • In case of a torn/damaged/empty parcel, do not accept the package and report it immediately.


Cancellations & Modifications

  • Orders can be modified or canceled only if they have not been dispatched.

  • Contact our support team via WhatsApp or email for any changes.


Important Notes

  • Customers must record a video while opening/unpacking their order to serve as proof in case of any issues.

  • Ensure the product is in its original condition for a smooth replacement process.

  • TRENVO is not responsible for incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.

  • Color variations may occur due to different screen resolutions.
